I bought my weight loss product through Referral 577****, Reema Bhatia, who is in Australia. After purchasing and before opening the products, I received the great news that I am pregnant after 12 years.
So, I returned the products to Modere in Burlington on June 3rd; they received my return on June 5th. During that time, I called them several times but received no response. I also emailed them, but to no avail. I contacted my referral, 577**** Reema, and she advised me to wait.
I need my money back. How long do I need to wait?
It's been 2 weeks now. Please send me my money as soon as possible.

Expire bottle
I order gut health programme. There was one product, ' Phytogreens' has no mfd and expiry date.
Then I order Activater and burn, burn is expiring in July 2024.
I would not eat that product due to expiration. Kindly return my money.

Worst experience with Modere customer service I called twice and waiting time was 1 hour for both the times and call disconnected after 1 hour automatically and total 2 hours I was waiting to pick my call I am not a new customer of Modere but this time I order my products becoz of sale and I am still waiting for my stuff and wana check the status of my order but nobody is ready to help

I want to cancel my membership with Modere because $52 was deducted from my account. Nobody told me that there is an annual fee for membership.
I am not satisfied with Modere and I want a refund.
Please help me get a refund. Also, customer service is not giving any response to Modere members; I have been trying for a long time.

Why modere has deducted my money from my account? 215.16 pounds from account kindly cancel the subscription and refund my money as soon as possible I don't want it anymore..
Customer service
I thought I had done a forwarding address and tried calling customer service at least 7 times in about a week and a half. Was on hold for hours at a time. I finally googled modere email and sent my concern and finally was responded to.
I returned my order now I get my money back
Before no contact the modere no reply but now they reply my all mail and my refund is back my account thanks modere for understanding!
Love the products but customer service sucks
I called because my April 26 order still isnt shipped and its May 15. Was on hold for 11 minutes after being told it was a 9 minute hold only to have the recoding tell me its hold time is 9 minutes!
Im still waiting for product. Ive been out of my ova-m now for 2 weeks!

Inadvertently ordered the wrong product even though I was a returning customer because their website took me to a different product of a similar name when I clicked on the link. When I received the incorrect product I called customer support to get a return label so I could return it and replace it with the correct product but they said they would not pay for shipping of the return.

Very disappointing
Opened box after getting home from trip, I was suppose to start today. Opens box, collagen chews, burn, carb blocker,cleanse, then pulled Trim out of box and VERY DISAPPOINTED , LEMON UGH, first thing in the am, when I ordered vanilla, now I must wait 10 MORE DAYS..

Got back from my trip , excited to get started my new diet ,opened box took out, burn , carb blocker, cleanse , collagen chews last was suppose to be vanilla trim only to see they sent the wrong flavor LEMON! UGH!!!called , Nick was very nice , but to have to wait now 10 days to get it!
I was starting today, its on my order clear as day Vanilla!!! Now 10 more days, I spent a good amount of money.. you need to do better when its your mistake!
